Kevin has been living in Las Vegas since 1976, and has been a REALTOR® since 2000. He has his degrees in  Graduate Residential Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and is soon to have his Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG).
Kevin is very active in the REALTOR® community. He also sits on various committees, i.e., charities, political affairs, forms, education, housing opportunity, etc., and has also joined the Graffiti Coalition Task Force.

REMEMBER GRAFFITI IS A CRIME!
IDENTIFY. Work with local authorities to identify if the graffiti is being done by gangs or taggers.
DOCUMENT. Take a picture of the graffiti before it is removed. Photographs will assist law enforcement in their investigation.
REMOVE. Remove graffiti promptly and completely.
